Sanae’s creative journey took off with photoshoots of her stuffed animals at age five. 10 years later, she was gifted a Canon AE1. She became fascinated with freezing time at the click of a button, and spent hours developing film in her high school’s dark room.

In her experiments with mixed media & documentation, she learned to use her creativity to communicate; to make people happy, connect, and make waves in meaningful ways.
